Bruschetta with Mozzarella

tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on french bread

  • 2 large cloves Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • French bread
  • Mozzarella cheese
  1. Mix garlic,salt and pepper,and a few drops of oil to make a paste.
  2. Add oil,chopped tomatoes,and basil.
  3. Toss.
  4. Brush sliceed bread with oil and place under broiler till a golden colour.
  5. Put brochetta and cheese on top.
  6. Broil until cheese is melted..
