- 2 tb Powdered sugar
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
- The cream, a small bowl, and beaters should be thoroughly chilled before starting.
- Beat cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Blend in sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Do not over-beat!
