Pumpkin Cheesecake

Something fun and different for holiday meals

  • 1 Graham cracker crust
  • 32 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Beat in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then add everything else.
  3. Pour in crust.
  4. Bake one hour at Let cool for an hour, then refrigerate..
