Mini Corn Dogs

Made with 100% gluten free corn

  • 1 cup P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Flour
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 cocktail sausages
  • 6 sticks cheddar cheese
  • 6 sticks mozzarella cheese
  1. Blend the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the water to a bowl and gradually stir in the P.A.N.
  3. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Flour.
  4. Knead until a smooth dough is formed. Place a portion of the dough on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it out into a 3-inch disk.
  5. Place the sausage in the center, fold the dough like an envelope and roll.
  6. Repeat the process with the cheeses.
  7. Fry at 325ºF until golden.
  8. Serve with your favorite sauce..
