Basic Stuffed Eggs

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons Blue PlateĀ® Mayonnaise
  • mustard to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • paprika
  1. SLICE eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. MASH yolks with a fork and add in remaining ingredients, stirring til smooth. SPOON mixture into egg whites. SPRINKLE with paprika and chill for 15 minutes or longer before serving..
