Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup

Best and Easiest soup ever

  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 2 medium stalks Celery
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tin Mushrooms
  • 1 pound Cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Fusilli pasta
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
  4. Add parsley and simmer 10 minutes longer.
  5. Add cooked fusilli or your favorite pasta and serve.
